 A: Routine repairs (brakes, bearings, lights, tires) typically take 2-4 hours and can be completed same-day. Major repairs (axle replacement, rewiring, framework) may require 1-3 days, depending on parts availability and repair complexity.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
 A: Cash, checks, all major credit cards. Financing is available for larger repairs through our lending partners.

  • Bearing repack every 12 months or 12,000 miles.
  • Brake inspection annually.
  • More frequent service if you tow heavily, frequently, or in harsh conditions.

Q: Can you work with my insurance company for trailer repairs?
 A: Yes, we work directly with insurance companies for collision damage, storm damage, and other insured repairs. We'll handle the necessary documentation and work with your adjuster.

Q: Do you provide loaner trailers while mine is being repaired?
 A: We do not offer rental or loaner trailers during service or repair appointments.

Q: What's your warranty on trailer repairs?

Q: Do you service boat trailers?
 A: Yes, we service boat trailer running gear: axles, brakes, bearings, tires, lights, winches, and bunks. We don't service boat motors or hulls (trailer only).

Q: Do you service RV trailers?
 A: We service RV trailer chassis, axles, brakes, bearings, tires, lights, and running gear. We don't service RV interiors, appliances, plumbing, or HVAC systems (chassis and running gear only).

Q: Can you help with Iowa trailer registration and titling?
 A: We can assist with questions about Iowa DMV requirements and inspections needed for registration. We don't process registration directly, but we can guide you through the process.

Q: What should I do if my trailer breaks down on the road?

 A: At this time, we do not offer rental trailers during service or repair appointments.
